Three new tools for your server team, one with Premium and two with Premium Plus, and higher limits. Everything is set up on the dashboard.
Your team moderates, Protector helps it stay organised: statistics to see where your server stands, a page where sanctioned members can appeal without flooding your DMs, and your own recruitment form.
Here is what comes with this update:
Advanced moderation statistics Premium
A new Statistics page shows the sanctions of the last 30 days, day by day and by type: warnings, mutes, kicks and bans.
You also see the hours and days when your team is busiest, and your moderator ranking. Everything exports as CSV, for a spreadsheet or a report.
Sanction appeals Premium Plus
Open your appeal page: every sanction DM then includes its link. The member explains themselves on protector-bot.com, logged in with Discord, and your team decides from the dashboard.
Accepting lifts the current ban and mute, and the person gets the decision by direct message, with your reply. You can add your own questions to the form.
Application form Premium Plus
Build your recruitment form: up to 15 questions, short or long text, one or several choices. Share its link, answers arrive on the dashboard.
Accepting an application can give the role of your choice, and the applicant is notified by direct message.
Higher limits Premium
Auto responses: 25 with Premium (instead of 10) and 50 with Premium Plus (instead of 20).
Voice creator channels: 10 with Premium (instead of 4). Manual backups: 5 with Premium and 10 with Premium Plus (instead of 3). Embed and ticket panel templates: 50 with a plan (instead of 25).

- Appeals and applications are kept 6 months after the decision, then deleted.
